“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” – William Arthur Ward
When I signed up with WordPress in 2013, I knew I was getting a fabulous platform for my website, Starry Blue Brilliance. But I had no idea that I was getting so much more.
This past weekend, I was fortunate to attend WordCamp Vegas 2015. Here I discovered what WordPress is really all about. It’s about a community of generous people sharing a common purpose of helping each other be successful online and off.
I couldn’t let another day go by without saying “thank you” to my WordPress community who made me feel welcome and most importantly, grateful.
I’d also like to thank WordCamp Vegas 2015 organizers (Russell Aaron and team!) and all of our wonderful speakers and sponsors for their time, resources and dedication to the WordPress community.
Big shout out to Switch’s InNEVation Center for hosting the event and providing a creative, vibrant, community-focused environment.
I now understand that code really is poetry and WordPress is community!
