Common Sense Isn’t Always Common Practice

This is an enlightening concept discussed during a storytelling workshop presented by William Greenwald, Founder and Chief Neuroleaderologist, Windsor Leadership Group, at this month’s Media Insights & Engagement Conference.

It should be a “no-brainer” to use common sense. But it’s obvious that’s not what’s happening. See what I mean as you read about these media trends. How could common sense be applied to resolve each of these challenges?

To be successful in our personal and professional lives, we must use common sense, especially as it relates to human interaction and relationship building. We must give meaning to our content to foster understanding.

After all, isn’t that common sense?

Learn from the Navigators of the New Media Landscape

imageI returned from the Media Insights & Engagement Conference refreshed from the Florida weather with an enlightened perspective of the new media landscape.

Not only did I learn about the industry’s successes and challenges from expert navigators of this landscape, their insights also provided these important lessons:
